If your hosting account has hit its maximum number of running processes (NPROC limit), you won’t be able to open a terminal or SSH session to fix it yourself. This tool lets you request that stuck processes be automatically cleared \u2014 no terminal access required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login to your\u00a0yegara account<\/a>\u00a0and navigate to your packages and click on manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Add &q=kill<\/code> to the page URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The kill request tool is hidden by default and only appears when &q=kill<\/em><\/strong><\/code> is added to the end of your product page URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Click “Submit Kill Request”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once the page reloads, scroll down \u2014 you’ll see a new card titled Process Limit \/ Kill Request<\/strong> with a red Submit Kill Request<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirm the request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A confirmation window will pop up when you Click “Submit Kill Request<\/strong>” . Click Yes, Submit Request<\/strong>. You’ll see a confirmation message with your request number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your request is now queued. It’s automatically picked up and processed by our system on its next scheduled run \u2014 usually within a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Check on your request<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To check the status of a request you’ve already submitted, just click Submit Kill Request<\/strong> again. Before anything new is created, you’ll see a history of your recent requests, each marked with one of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Status<\/th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Pending<\/strong><\/td>Queued and waiting \u2014 will run automatically on the next scheduled job.<\/td><\/tr>
Completed<\/strong><\/td>Your stuck processes were successfully cleared.<\/td><\/tr>
Failed<\/strong><\/td>Something went wrong \u2014 please contact support and reference the date\/time shown.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Good to know: request limits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This tool is provided as an emergency switch . To keep this tool from being overused, you can only submit 1 request per 30 min.

After killing your running processes we recommend that you implement a cronjob so that it will automatically run and terminate any struck processes for you . <\/p>\n\n\n\n
