This tool lets you request that stuck processes be automatically cleared \u2014 no terminal access required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Login to your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/login\">yegara account<\/a>\u00a0and navigate to your packages and click on manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-1-add-andq-kill-to-the-page-url\">Step 1: Add <code>&amp;q=kill<\/code> to the page URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The kill request tool is hidden by default and only appears when <code><strong><em>&amp;q=kill<\/em><\/strong><\/code>  is added to the end of your product page URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1-kill-tiny-1024x400.png\" alt=\"The kill request tool is hidden by default and only appears when andq=kill is added to the end of your product page URL.\" class=\"wp-image-1015\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1-kill-tiny-1024x400.png 1024w, https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1-kill-tiny-300x117.png 300w, https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1-kill-tiny-768x300.png 768w, https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/1-kill-tiny.png 1156w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-2-click-submit-kill-request\">Step 2:   Click &#8220;Submit Kill Request&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the page reloads, scroll down \u2014 you&#8217;ll see a new card titled <strong>Process Limit \/ Kill Request<\/strong> with a red <strong>Submit Kill Request<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"confirm-the-request\">Confirm the request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A confirmation window will pop up when you Click &#8220;S<strong>ubmit Kill Request<\/strong>&#8221; . Click <strong>Yes, Submit Request<\/strong>. Before anything new is created, you&#8217;ll see a history of your recent requests, each marked with one of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Status<\/th><th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Pending<\/strong><\/td><td>Queued and waiting \u2014 will run automatically on the next scheduled job.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Completed<\/strong><\/td><td>Your stuck processes were successfully cleared.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Failed<\/strong><\/td><td>Something went wrong \u2014 please contact support and reference the date\/time shown.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"if-the-card-does-not-appear-or-the-request-fails\">If the card does not appear, or the request fails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>You do not see the Process Limit \/ Kill Request card.<\/strong> Check that you are on your package page. In the top menu of your dashboard, open <strong>Packages<\/strong>, then <strong>My Packages<\/strong>, and click your package. Add <code>&amp;q=kill<\/code> to the end of that page&#8217;s address and press Enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The request stays on Pending for more than 15 minutes, or shows Failed.<\/strong> Message us on <a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/telegram\">Telegram<\/a> with your domain name and we will clear the processes by hand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The processes fill up again soon after they are cleared.<\/strong> Something on your site keeps starting them, and clearing them again will not fix that.
