Sizes and prices are at <a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/vps\">yegara.com\/vps<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-unmanaged-means\">What &#8220;unmanaged&#8221; means<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You install, secure and maintain the software on the server yourself. Our support covers the hardware and the network connection only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"billing-terms\">Billing terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A VPS is billed for <strong>3 or 6 months<\/strong>. The minimum is 3 months; there is no monthly or yearly term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is <strong>no free trial<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is by CBE or Telebirr, confirmed the same way as any other order. See <a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/how-to-confirm\/\">How to Confirm Your Payment<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"delivery-time\">Delivery time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard setup:<\/strong> usually ready 24 to 48 hours after your payment is confirmed. We cannot promise an exact time because stock is limited, and some sizes are sold as pre-order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instant setup:<\/strong> ready in about 10 minutes. Choose this if you need the server sooner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your login details arrive by email, so check the spam folder too. You will be asked to change the root password the first time you log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"while-your-order-shows-pending\">While your order shows Pending<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure you confirmed the payment on the invoice page. A transfer alone does not start the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the standard setup, a pending order within the first 48 hours is normal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it has been longer, send us your invoice number in chat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"upgrading-later\">Upgrading later<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can move to a larger VPS later. You pay only the difference between your current package and the new one.
