The Yegara dashboard and order pages only open from inside Ethiopia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Using a VPN?<\/strong> Turn it off and reload the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abroad?<\/strong> You can still open your control panel directly with the server link from your welcome email. For orders, renewals and payments, message us on <a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/telegram\">Telegram<\/a> and we will handle them for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"forbidden-or-403-on-the-dashboard\">&#8220;Forbidden&#8221; or 403 on the dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A plain &#8220;Forbidden&#8221; message on my.yegara.com means your IP address is blocked. Get a new IP address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>restart your modem or router, so Ethio Telecom gives you a new IP; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on a phone, turn airplane mode on and off; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>try another connection, such as mobile data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then open the page again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cpanel-or-your-website-opens-for-others-but-not\">cPanel or your website opens for others but not for you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the page times out or shows a connection error only on your network, the server firewall has blocked your IP address. A quick test: open the same page on mobile data. If it works there, it is your IP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Restart your modem or router as described above.
