Hosting is suspended 3 days after its expiry date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the site shows a registrar &#8220;expired&#8221; page instead, it is the <strong>domain<\/strong> that expired. You can also find it in your Yegara dashboard under <strong>Billing<\/strong>, then <strong>My Invoices<\/strong>. Once approved, the account is unsuspended automatically, usually within an hour. You do not need to ask us to switch it back on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-happens-while-it-is-suspended\">What happens while it is suspended<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your website does not open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email accounts on that hosting stop working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You cannot log in to the control panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renew as soon as you can. We cannot promise how long the files of an expired account are kept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"it-is-paid-but-the-site-is-still-down\">It is paid, but the site is still down<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that you submitted the transaction number. A transfer alone does not renew the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow up to an hour after the payment is approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it is still down after that, send us your domain name and invoice number on <a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/telegram\">Telegram<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"want-the-site-off-on-purpose\">Want the site off on purpose?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only suspend accounts for billing or abuse reasons, not on request.
