If WordPress or another application says a file is too large to upload, raise the PHP upload limit. You can do this yourself in cPanel, and the change applies immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raise the limit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1.<\/strong> In cPanel, open Select PHP Version<\/strong> in the Software<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2.<\/strong> Click the Options<\/strong> tab and scroll down to these settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

max_execution_time and max_input_time<\/td>Raise them if slow uploads stop before they finish<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Each value is saved as soon as you change it. Reload the upload page and try again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
