Set a new password from your Yegara dashboard instead: see <a href=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/how-to-reset-your-cpanel-password\/\">How to Reset Your cPanel Password<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change the password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 1.<\/strong> Log in to cPanel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2.<\/strong> On the <strong>Tools<\/strong> page, in the <strong>Preferences<\/strong> section, click <strong>Password &amp; Security<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"211\" height=\"62\" src=\"https:\/\/yegara.com\/en\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/kb-cpanel-jupiter-password-and-security-icon-1.png\" alt=\"On the Tools page, in the Preferences section, click Password and Security\" class=\"wp-image-939\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3.<\/strong> In the <strong>Old Password<\/strong> box, type your current password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4.<\/strong> In the <strong>New Password<\/strong> box, type the new password, and type it again in <strong>New Password (Again)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5.<\/strong> Click <strong>Change your password now!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After you change it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update the password wherever it is saved, for example in your FTP program. The main FTP login uses the same password as cPanel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your email passwords and your Yegara dashboard password do not change.
