- A copy or screenshot of your bank deposit or Telebirr payment.
- Your invoice number or domain name.
- The company name and TIN that should appear on the receipt.
Collect it in Addis Ababa
Take the copy or screenshot of your bank deposit with you and pick the receipt up here:
- Where: HirenBoot Computer Import PLC, Seka Business Center, Piassa (ፒያሳ), Ground Floor, F061. Open in Google Maps.
- When: mornings only, from 4:00 to 6:00 Ethiopian time (10:00 AM to 12:00 noon), Monday to Friday.
- ጠዋት ብቻ ከ 4:00 ሰዓት እስከ 6:00 ሰዓት ፣ ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ።
If you are outside Addis Ababa
Tell us in chat that you cannot come to the shop. We can send you a photo of the receipt instead.
Good to know
- The shop is for collecting receipts only. Payments are made by CBE or Telebirr, not in cash at the shop.
- There is no in-person technical support at the shop. For help with your service, use Telegram chat.
