If the order form stops you before you get an invoice, find the message you see below.
On this page
“You Are Restricted” with a Block ID
The order form runs an automatic check on every new order to stop fake sign-ups. Sometimes it stops a real order. The usual reasons are:
- The name. Enter your full real name, first name and last name, not initials or a nickname.
- The email address. A typing mistake such as
gmai.comorgamil.com, or a mailbox that is full or does not exist.
To get it cleared:
- Take a screenshot of the whole message, including the line Block ID and its number.
- Send it to us on Telegram.
- When we confirm the block is cleared, refresh the page and continue your order.
If the email address was mistyped, we will ask you to place a new order with the correct address and your full name.
“Email already in use”
You already have a Yegara account with that email address, so the form will not create a second one. Order as an existing customer: log in at yegara.com/login first, then place the order. If you forgot the password, see How to Reset Your Yegara Dashboard Password.
A package shows “out of stock” or “pre order”
- Hosting package out of stock: choose one of the available packages. See Hosting Packages Compared: Standard vs Premium.
- VPS marked PRE ORDER: you can still order it. Delivery takes longer because stock is limited. See VPS Plans: Billing Terms and Delivery Time.
The order page will not open
The order form and the Yegara dashboard work from inside Ethiopia. If you are abroad or on a VPN you will see a block page. Turn the VPN off, or if you are abroad, message us and we can place the order for you. See Can’t Open yegara.com, Your Dashboard or cPanel?
I ordered twice by mistake
Pay only one of the invoices. Tell us the invoice number you paid and the one you do not want, and we will cancel the extra one. Do not pay both.
The domain name on my order is wrong
If you have not paid, leave that invoice unpaid and place a new order with the correct name. If you already paid, message us right away: once a domain is registered its name cannot be changed.
